Of course, we accept returns if an item doesn’t meet your expectations. However, in line with our commitment to reducing unnecessary transport and its environmental impact, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. This approach is part of our effort to lower our ecological footprint and encourage more conscious purchasing.

Do you wish to return an item?
It’s very simple. To return an article, send an e-mail to the address here, specifying the item(s) to be returned, your order number and reason for return.
Once the return has been validated, send the item(s) to the following address:

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you upon receipt of your package.
Please note that the return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return for one or more items if they don’t suit you.
Conditions for refunds
Items must be returned new, undamaged, and in perfect condition, and must not have been worn or used. They must be returned in their original packaging, with the receipt and all of their accessories: boxes, bags, labels, protections, etc.
Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original purchaser to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing time for a refund or exchange may take up to 14 days from receipt of the returned product.
