We favor and choose recycled and upcycled materials but also healthy materials for the animals. Respect for nature and the environment is also essential for us and we strive to minimize our carbon footprint using French and European supplies as much as possible while working with local craftmen with unique know-how and expertise.
– Our leather comes from recycled food waste and is selected with the utmost care. It mainly comes from 2 tanneries located in Spain, which meet the European REACH standards. Mostly vegetable tanned, the leather is from France or Western Europe, meeting all European quality standards.
– We also use high-quality upcycled leather.
– Vegetable-tanning is a unavoidable.
– Our buckles are made from brass and mainly manufactured in France. A small percentage is made in Italy and Belgium.
– 60% of our cotton is organically sourced in Egypt. Our non-organic fabrics come from India and Japan.

Our communication materials are all printed on recycled paper.
Our cardboard packaging is also recycled and FSC certified. The black ink used for printing is vegetable-based. Everything is manufactured in Europe and is fully recyclable and biodegradable.
The cotton pouches we use to protect some of our products are organic and fair trade certified. They do not contain any chemical products. We do not use plastic.
