1. How do I protect and care for my MAURICE leather collar, leash or bow tie?
Leather is a living material, which becomes softer and evolves with time.
Although the majority of our collars and leashes boast natural 100% vegetable protection, we recommend that you protect and care for them with products specially created for leather in order to preserve their luster and beauty over the years.

2. The buckles on my collar and/or leash are turning yellow, what can I do?
Our buckles are made of brass. This copper and zinc alloy, which is highly resistant to corrosion, naturally oxidizes over time when exposed to the air and becomes a color called verdigris.
There are two options available when caring for your brass:
-You enjoy brass that develops a natural patina, so in this case, don’t do anything at all.
-You adore its yellow color and want to restore its shine. In this case, we recommend that you use a product that is specifically formulated to care for brass.
3. How do I clean my leather collar, leash or bow tie?
Use a product specially designed to clean leather.
4. What size of dog collar should I choose?
We have a collar for every dog. It is essential to select the correct collar size to ensure the comfort and safety of your four-legged friend.
Measure the circumference of your dog’s neck and add an extra 1/2 inch to ensure that the collar is not too tight. After taking measurements, choose the collar size from our Size Guide chart. If you are unsure of which size to select, choose the larger one.
Shipping & returns
1. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
If the article is in stock, it takes an average of 3 to 7 working days depending on the delivery method and the country you live in. This delivery period is an estimate and is provided for information purposes only. We shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of goods.
2. Can I track my order?
A confirmation e-mail with a tracking number will be sent once your order and payment have been confirmed. You can track the delivery of your order, thanks to this number.
3. How do I make a return?
To make a return, fill out our contact form specifying the item(s) to be returned, your order number and the reason for the return.
Upon receiving your request, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the return label and procedure to follow.
Items must be returned new, undamaged, and in perfect condition, and must not have been worn or used. They must be returned in their original packaging, with the receipt and all of their accessories: boxes, bags, labels and protection.
Please note that the return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
4. Unavailable product
In spite of the efforts we make to ensure that our goods are in stock, it is possible that an order may be unavailable. In this case, we will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery date and propose alternative solutions (other products, total or partial refund if you have ordered several items, etc.).

1. What payment methods do you accept?
my-maurice.com accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

2. Are the online payments secure?
Yes, they are! All of our transactions are secure and the my-maurice.com online store guarantees maximum security for your purchases. All of our payments are processed by specialized banking partners, such as Stripe and Paypal. We use the most advanced encryption systems (SSL) and secure connections, as demonstrated by the “https” URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in the browser’s address bar.
For payments by credit card, confirmation via text message or your banking app may be requested during the payment validation phase, depending on our partner’s terms and conditions (type of card, country, amount, etc. …).
Our site does not store your bank details. Only the service provider can store this data with the goal of guaranteeing the transaction.
3. How long does it take to get a refund?
Processing time for a refund or exchange may take up to 14 days from receipt of the returned product. Items must be returned undamaged, and in perfect condition, and must not have been worn or used. They must be returned in their original packaging, with the receipt and all their accessories: boxes, pouches, labels and protection.
In the case of a refund before shipment (unavailable stock, order error, etc..), after contacting our services before your package has been shipped and depending on the method of payment, you may be refunded in under 3 days.
